P.F. Chains was a really great experience. It was my first experience at P.F. Chains and will not be my last.  My employer held a wonderful Christmas party at P.F. Chains and therestaurant staff was wonderful but, not as wonderful as the food.  We consisted of a large group of women so they were very patient. We called ahead and they had a table ready for us, along with a great staff.  The food was cooked to perfection and taste wonderful.  P.F. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all.  Management is terrible if anything which definitely can be felt in the service staff.  There is a big difference in a server take a slow, calming pace to allow you to enjoy yourself and just being plain slow.  I will say there are one or two good servers at P.F. Chang's but its not worth the risk of finding one.  The food is the complete opposite of healthy so dieter's steer clear.  This place is supposed to be family style dining but the servers never relay this to new customers so you frequently see a table of four, each having their own meal...a...
