Oxygen is my #1

By

from Dallas, OR

Comments about Oxygen:

I have recently become a HUGE fan of this magazine. It offers so much information. I used to get "Fitness" but became hooked on this. The workouts are awesome, the meals are yummy and easy to make, and the shakes are very tasty. If anyone wants a good workout magazine that isn't filled with a lot of crap this is the one for you. One thing I really don't like about it is there are a lot of ads.

        Comments about Oxygen:

Oxygen magazine has been another great addition to my magazine subscriptions.  I started with Clean Eating and love Tosca Reno and soon realized that she was in Oxygen magazine also.  She has a great mission and provides great help in Clean Eating and a healthy lifestyle.  She is showcased every issue along with many other great women and thier accomplishments.   There are many great recipies to follow too.  There are a lot of ads about enhancment vitamins/pills, etc, which I am not interested in, but I can look past them pretty easily to read on to the parts of the magazine I love.  I like how they have so many pictures of step by step instructions on how to do certain exercises.  They have several different exercises outlined that can all be easily attempted and added in to my own workouts.  They show success stories and have great articles on how people have lost weight and gotten in shape.  I really like how the women in the magazine are muscular but most of them are not muscle builders.  They just have an excellent physique and have worked hard to get where they are at.  This is an inspiring magazine and I love to get it in my mailbox.

Oxygen mag is the BEST health/exercise magazine out there!

        Comments about Oxygen:

I was recommended this magazine because I am a busy mom who doesn't have time to workout for 2 hours per day, let alone make healthy meals all the time. Oxygen magazine gives you tips on how to eat better without spending all day in the kitchen and the recipes are GOOD and quick. It also has real stories about real women trying to lose weight, just be more healthy and/or tone up. The magazine shows pictures and instructions on how to work out at home and at the gym. The instructions are easy to understand and the pictures are very helpful. I read every single page of this magazine. Every page is interesting and I never just flip through the pages. I save some of the pages and put them in a binder and take them to the gym with me or open the binder up at home. The price is not bad either compared to other health magazines. I would recommend this magazine to any women at any age. It's geared toward all ages and worth the read.

Best womens fitness magazine out there

        Comments about Oxygen:

I never subscribe to magazines, but I went to a Phat Camp featuring Jenny Hendershott and she raved about this magazine.  I picked up a copy the next time I was out and fell in love with it.  That was about 3 years ago.  Oxygen is full of work out tips, such as routines and it gives you a move of the month.  The magazine also has many eating and dieting tips.  Maybe not so much dieting, but eating clean and healthy.  There are always tons of recipes for snacks, lunch and dinners.  Sometimes, they even have full week menues to follow.  This magazine is very informative when it comes to all around fitness.  I always feel very motivated after reading my monthly issue of oxygen.  Oxygen gives me many ideas and hints on how to change my workouts up to make them fun and interesting, so I don't get board.  I would recommend Oxygen to anyone who is interested in fitness, it is a very inspiring magazine.

        The Ultimate Women's Fitness Magazine

        By

        Comments about Oxygen:

This magazine, published by Robert Kennedy is a serious fitness magazine for women. You won't find celebrities on the cover. You won't find fluffy stories about lipstick or relationship issues, either.  It's all fitness.  Think of the best men's fitness magazines - filled with hardcore tips on nutrition, clean eating, workouts, exercise machines, gyms, training and more.  Then apply those to women.  THAT's Oxygen magazine!

If magazines such as Shape or Fitness are a little too 'lightweight' for you and you're ready to get to the next level of fitness, OXYGEN is for you!
