The salad spinner is such a useful tool. It dries your greens quickly but without crushing them in the alternative - a paper towel. Also helps you see if you got them clean enough..check the water! If you've got the kitchen space to store something that really only does one thing, then it's great. If not, well use the basket for bread or something between salads!
