a good place to shop if you are careful. i learned the hard way not to buy a product without a customer review. i bought a comforter set which had a flaw and wanted to return it. i also felt  the item was not the color shown on the site. it was white rather than cream.  the site advertises prepaid labels for returning however maybe because of the size of the item i wished to return could not print the label. i paid $35.00 to have item returned by UPS not only would Overstock not return the shipping fee i was charged a restocking fee for a flawed item. i previously ordered from overstock and never had a problem. i was always satisfied with the products i ordered until the comforter. now i will not purchase anything from them without reading the customer reviews. customer service was no help at all and had a very bad attitude.
