It's like an "outlet mall"... ya got some bargains and quite a few knock-offs. I wouldn't say not to shop there, just be careful, that's all. They have some good stuff; they have some counterfeits, too. If it's important to you that it really *be* a Rolex, buy it from a Rolex dealer. If looking like a Rolex is good enough, then you can save some money here... and most people won't know the difference.

My original order was stated to arrive by 6/18. After contacting 2 chat representatives I was told that if it didn't arrive by 6/20 a next day air order would be placed. I then received an email on 6/21 stating the order was due to be delivered today. 30mins later I received a text message saying the item wouldn't arrive until 6/28. I am so royally upset with the back and forth confusion. I was to wear this blouse for my baby shower on 6/23. It took me forever to find a purple maternity blouse in my size and one I liked. Now two days before my shower I have to find something else to wear and buy while their company holds on to my money until the item is delivered and returned. I have ordered from overstock many times and I have never dealt with such lack of organization. I am so angry and they have definitely lost a customer!!!!

Purchased a 1,000 dining room table. the leg came broken and there was no hardware .Only could reach customer service via "LIVE CHAT". Three times I was told some will would contact me in 1-2 business days with my issues. How ever I amtols that it will be 3 business days due to Columbus Day, I should of been above to talk to some one and have them ordere me a new table leg and the hardware to put the table together. Customer service is terrible. All they tried doing is getting me to sign up for a gold membership. Why would I ever buy anything from Overstock again? I am with out a table at this point and have no idea when a customer service agent will be getting back to me. No one can tell me how ling the parts will take to be reared and arrive at my house. two days have gone by and no one has even re ordered the leg or hardware. Also the cushions that are shown on the picture are complelty different then what I received. At this point Ill accept the chair cushions being dark brown/green instead of the color shown which is light /medium beige. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THAT CAN STILL BE IN BUSINESS.

Unfortunately Overstock.com is doing bitcoin, and all cryptocurrencies they "accept", a huge disservice. I love bitcoin and all that it stands for. I also love how secure it is, however, unfortunately there will always be scammers, like Overstock.com They are scamming customers out of their bitcoin (keeping the bitcoin and not sending the products). I recently placed an order with Overstock.com and opted to pay with bitcoin from a wallet I control. After checking out, Overstock sent me a public address to send the bitcoin to, along with a 15 minute countdown timer. I sent the bitcoin, and then watched as the countdown timer eventually went to zero, and was then presented with a screen saying my order has now expired and I should start a new order. I checked the blockchain, and sure enough, my payment went through ($58 or so of bitcoin as of this writing - 8/19/2017) as expected. I contacted Overstock via online chat and e-mail, and after a lot of back and forth, was finally told to (and I quote): "In this case, I would recommend you contact bitcoin and have them help you sort this out." At first I laughed at the ignorance, but then after checking the blockchain again, I see there was another transaction only 30 minutes or so later, in which the bitcoin was sent to a different address. So, they're definitely actively monitoring this address. So, to me, it looks like they're playing dumb and stealing people's bitcoin. I ordered a sofa and a ottoman. I received the ottoman but sofa never came. After waiting for 2 1/2 weeks, I logged into their site to verify the status only to find that my order (sofa) was cancelled. The rep was unable to explain why my order was cancelled and why they never bother to notify me. Furthermore, they charged me few days after I place the order but never bother to refund my money even after cancelling my order. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Now I need to return the ottoman but not sure if they will pay for the return shipping.

I bought three dresses for my aunt, they didn't fit so I wanted to return them. I spoke to overstock people on the chat room, they said they sent me return labels but never did. I spoke to them again and they gave me an RMA number and said write on the package. Then return. I went to the UPS store and they charged me 22.00 to return the items. I went back to the chat room and they said because I didn't use the return label they never sent they would not refund my postage. I will not deal with them ever again, and I will tell my family etc.

We purchase from Overstock the Samsun Washer Dryer (Gas Dryer). After 2 weeks was deliver all wrapped so you cannot see what inside The driver refused to wait to open and inspect, he told us the package not damage very little English speaking driver. So we open and recognize it is the totally different items what Overstock show in his website on the pictures. We called Customer service the agent also recognize the differences also the pedestal's was missing. She told us need to transfer us to the Electrical department. she get back on the phone and told us someone will call us back after 3-5 Business days. We receive the phone call and the gentleman recognize the differences he ask to send the pictures from the delivered items. he told us he will call on Monday - nobody called we saw on the website the RA # initiated and the re -deliver start to process- but after 1 days the re-deliver was cancelled and when we called was told us it is out of stock no info when going to have this style again. so I here with no Washer Dryer I paid for the scheduled installation and take 2 days off from work to wait for the deliver and the next day installations. It is totally unacceptable we understand mistakes but should find the solutions but do not want to try anything. I do not recommend to buy anything from Overstock

We bought a hot tub through Overstock, and are very happy with it. What we are ecstatic about is the customer service. The shipper came alone with a 900 pound hot tub on the truck. We had to get a crew to wrangle it off. This was not Overstock's fault. We called to explain that although we had paid for white glove service to have the tub delivered to the back yard, we were stuck with it in the driveway. Overstock promptly reimbursed us for the $500.00 we spent hiring a crew to get the tub situated, even though the delivery error was the shippers (I hope they recover this cost from the shipper). I will buy with confidence even enormous items, given the quality of the service
