Overstock.com Review

I had ordered from Overstock once before and everything was just fine. On the second order, both products were faulty. The pan flute which looked like the real thing was just a toy and did not work. I shipped this back and of course was charged for the restocking fee. A PC game was absolutely wrecked. It had been opened and was so scratched that it was ruined. I wrote to Overstock and told them that I would not ship it back because I felt they would just ship it out to another customer and that it wasn't worth the shipping fee nor the restocking fee.

I never received a refund from Overstock for the pan flute. I received a note from them saying that I would get a refund of $5.00 on my next order. The pan flute was $14.95 plus shipping, plus my shipping back, plus a restocking fee. Needless to say, I will not deal with them again, ever. It just wasn't worth the grief.
