Overstock.com Review

Overstock.com is a great place to shop for bargains.  I have been a repeat customer for years...From living room furniture, to shower curtains and bedding, the quality of their products are usually great.  In the four years of purchasing from their store, it wasn't until this past Christmas that I ran in to a problem with their company.  I bought my nephew a iPOD for a gift.  It came defected.  I phoned  and they were very accommodating and sent my nephew a RO # with a pre paid return box. The second IPOD came and low and behold that one was broke to.  Trying to get the second one replaced was a nightmare.. They couldn't understand that is was purchased as a gift and that it was being shipped to another address other that the billing address..When all was said and done (after they had charge me for 3 broken IPODs) The issue was resolved.....Needless say it took weeks and countless numbers of phone calls, but in the end they credited my account ...

So keep in mind when purchasing for a gift, and it doesn't work out, you may have to take a deep breath and be patient while they finally get it straight
