To say I have allergies is an understatement. The first time I had allergy testing done, I reacted to 95 of the 96 allergens for which they tested me. I even tested positive for cockroaches. I was given a box of this once at a church I attended. I'm not sure how they ended up with them but they were giving away some things and I saw a box and asked if I could try those out. I was very skeptical, because I've tried Alka Seltzer (for upset stomach) before, and it was so nasty I swore I'll never drink it again. I suffer from sinus and throat infections come and go as they please. When my throat started to itch and feel uncomfortable one of my co-workers gave me a package of Alka Seltzer Cold & Cough "Citrus flavor" and told me to drink it now, and go buy me some more and keep on drinking it. Old geezers such as myself need heating pads to ease all the back and butt pains that keep us from getting to sleep. With allergies in the air, I have tried everything from countertop to over the counter medicines. then came a Doctors advice, try claritin, to see if it helps with my allergies. this advice came from my family Doctor and not my allergist Doctor.
