avid reader, a busy person, read for fun

Pros

tons of correct historical references, characters come to life, lots of action, lots of details, very readable style of writing, full of romance

some foul language, Adult situations

This is one of the BEST books Ever! The story of Claire, who was a nurse during WWII, and married to Frank. They discover a small hinge (like stone hinge). Later Claire goes back and is drawn, through the stones, to about 200 years before. Then the adventure goes on and on, and it is a fantastic ride! Read this book and get drawn into the story, and the lives of all the full and complex characters. This book can be read as a stand-alone novel, or you can really get into it with the five follow-up books, and a couple of related novels ( half-siblings so to speak).I have read each one at least three times, some I admit to having read over a dozen times, and could still go back for another visit with my friends in these stories. Awsome Read!!
