Osteria Via Stato is a casually elegant Italian restaurant in the heart of Chicago. When you walk in the door, you do feel that you've crossed country borders. I've been to Italy, and this Italian-inspired restaurant certainly has the charm of a European eatery. — I joined the crew from Viewpoints at Osteria Via Stato after he Viewpoints Launch Party last week, and I'm certainly glad that I did even if I don't typically eat so late. Here are the hours: Main Dining:Dinner:M-Th: 5pm-10pm Fri-Sat: 5pm-11pmSun: 4pm-8:30pm Enoteca: Lunch:M-Sat: 11:30am-3pm Dinner: M-Thurs: 3pm-11pmFri-Sat: 3pm-12am — Sun: 4pm-9:30pm — First, the location is great if you are at a nearby hotel.
