The Oster Deluxe Bread and Dough Maker is really an amazing bread maker. I have owned this bread maker for severalyears and I use it several times a week. It is extremally simple to use and the bread comes out perfect every single time. It comes with a really great recipe book and you just pour in the ingredients, hit the button and the bread maker does the rest. It even has a keep warm cycle that is perfect if you want to make the bread ahead of time so that your bread is nice and warm when you are ready to serve it. The Oster bread maker also has a dough cycle. It makes perfect dough for rolls, pizza crust doughnuts and even pretzels. I make my own pizza, and even my own cinnamon rolls. I save a fortune making my own pizza instead of ordering out. There are also cycles to make jams, jellies, spreads and glazed. I often make pound cake in the bread maker and then serve it with strawberry jelly that I also make in the bread maker. Overall, this has been an amazing bread maker and one of my favorite appliances.
