Oster Model 5838 Review

I am amazed everytime I use this machine. I began making homemade bread as a way to save money as well as wanting to feed my family healthier meals. I can make sandwich bread, rolls, pizza dough, pretzels, doughnuts and more with about 10 minutes worth of work. I am able to tweak any recipe to my family's preference. I especially like the fact that i can put the bread machine on the dough cycle and when it is done, I just put it straight into a freezer bag. When I am ready to "finish" the recipe all I have to do is put it back into the bread machine and select "Bake" and the bread machine finishes. Or, I can put it into one of my own pans and bake it in the oven.

The bread pan that is included is great. It is already nonstick so there is no cooking spray needed. When done with the dough or the finished bread it slides out so easily. The other wonderful thing is that it is so easy to clean. That is what makes me want to hurry up and put another recipe in right away.

I can't say enough good things about the Oster 5838.
