Oster EXPRESSBAKE Review

We bought the Oster EXPRESSBAKE breadmaker about a year ago and use it pretty frequently. The whole family looks forward to the bread being done when mom announces that she's making it. Our favorite is the Cinnamon-Raisin Bread recipe that comes with the manual along with over a dozen more. It can make up to a 2lb loaf, which usually ends up lasting us a whole week! We just made the cinnamon-raisin one a few days ago and I've been eating it as breakfast, a snack, or even dessert! It does take a while for the bread to be done- usually about three or four hours, but it does all the work for you! All you have to do is add the ingredients and it does all the usually time consuming kneading. It's great to have a (home made) finished product that is so delicious and you know exactly what's in it, unlike store bought baked goods. The bread is so good, you don't even need to add butter! There really aren't any cons to this breadmaker, only very yummy pros!
