Oster Bread Machine ExpressBake 5838 — 

I really really like this bread machine.  I received it as a wedding gift from my grandma.

Lately I have been making the bread on the dough cycle, taking it out, putting it in a pan, letting it have a last rise, then baking it in the oven.  The loaves are beautiful out of the machine as well, but they are awful square.  I do like this one more than one that my mother owned, this one makes horizonal loaves, hers made vertical.

I really really like the expressbake feauture.  The only con about this is I buy my yeast in bulk, and the quick-rise machine yeast is significantly more expensive than the $4 block I purchased. (purchased at a health food store, in kind of a coffee like packaging)

Pizza dough rocks out of this thing!!!
