Oster Bread Machine ExpressBake 5838 Review

I'm not that great in the kitchen, but loved the idea of a bread maker after seeing my sister's. First I tried a sunbeam & it was awful, so I returned it & bought this one, worried it wouldn't be any better. I was so pleasantly surprised!! It is so easy to use. I ran out & bought a bread machine cookbook & have tried several recipes. I love baking bread & trying new flavors. It even makes jam! I never thought I would make my own jam, but it was so easy. Now all my friends ask when I'll be bringing them more oatmeal bread & peach jam. I never have to worry, I just put everything in, turn it on & leave it. It looks nice & the controls are easy to use. Only drawback is that there isn't a separate jam setting, but it's not that hard to work around.
