I am in love with my Oster breadmaker. The one I had before was good but created oddly shaped loves that were difficult to slice. Not the Oster, it produces loaves that are "loaf" shaped without the difficulty of baking.
If you have never used a bread machine you do not know what you are missing. Place the ingredients in the pan in the specified order, set the color, bread type, etc. and Voila! the machine kneads the dough, allows it to rise and bakes it to perfection. I do not use all the features of my machine but if you would like to wake-up or come home to the smell of fresh baked bread there is a delay cycle. If you like dessert breads there is a "sweet" setting and if you want to do your bread in the oven (such as French bread), or just want to make dough for pizza or cinnamon rolls there is a "dough" setting. Just remember that on this setting the machine doesn't bake the dough!
