Very weak Very Cheapl Product

I bought this blender and it died the 2nd time I used it. It being almost brand new I called up the maker. They sent a new one from Mexico 4 times because that where customer service is and is where they are made. So I would give them credit for the replacements,until they said that this Oster 12 speed model was not a strong model. They reccomended a higher priced 2 speed professional series. After learning that I understood why they didn't want their broken blenders back,not even the glass tops. So I went to my local Costco and got the pro series and have not had a problem with new one.And the old 6811 12 speed glass tops fit the pro model,Its great my bad choice about the cheap model that I paid $29.00 at the local Longs store,And I only paid for only $20.00 at Costco.I was glad their customer service was honest to tell me there was Quite a difference Between models.
