Purchased this at Brookstone a few months ago. It is a great machine to imporve balance. It also works those tiny leg muscles that aren't trained at the gym. Great for improving posture, and strangthening the lower body. I was tired just after 4 minutes of use, and I am a personal trainer who stays in top shape.  Just make sure you clear out any furniture of obstacles 10 feet away from the uSurf machine. You never know when someone can get off balance and hit one of your furniture. Also, the machine itself makes some noise and can shake the ground.
