As a busy stay at home mom, it is difficult to find a tasty lunch that I can quickly make and that does not have the letters PB&J involved.  While I enjoy the South Beach diet sandwiches very much some label reading sent me further down the aisle to the Oscar Meyer Deli Creations Flatbread Sandwiches.

A friend highly suggested picking up this new product called Deli Creationsfrom Oscar Mayer - and oh am I sooo glad I did. 

Deli Creationsare hot sandwich melt kits that contain everything you need to make a warm deli style sandwich, including sub-style bun, shaved lunch-meat, Kraft cheese, a sauce, Kraft Mayo and a microwave tray.  Each of the pieces come individually wrapped for freshness (although this does create extra waste.)

These sandwiches are great for lunches, as long as there's a microwave available.  I had one for lunch today as a matter of fact!  There are many different flavors/combinations.  The meat and cheese are always fresh and taste good.  The name fits too, the meat is fresh like it's from the deli. 

These hot sandwiches is not only a break from the old peanut butter and jelly, but they're made from high quality ingredients.  Everything you need is in the box - bread, meat, cheese, condiments, and cooking tray. They don't take very long to make either, only a couple of minutes in the microwave...

I got a free coupn to try the Oscar Mayer Deli Creations. I have tried the ham and cheese Sub sandwich before so I thought I would try one of the selections they have. I decided to try the flatbread sandwich. I picked the Chicken and bacon ranch. Now I am not a ranch fan but I thought maybe with the bacon in it I may just like it. After all they say everything tastes better with bacon. Wrong. I made the sandwich and before putting the ranch on it I tasted it first. The first time I tried Deli creations, I didn't like it. I thought it was too dry; I found out later, I had not read the directions about heating it up before eating it! 

This is actually a fairly good sandwich for a out of a box, pre-made, store-bought item..  The bread was nice and soft and  the meat and cheese were fresh and tasty.  I like how each item is individually wrapped and sealed to maintain freshness.

You use the bottom of the box for a warming tray--this works fairly well and doesn't overcook the sandwich as long as you keep an eye on the microwave.  I only heated mine to...

The Oscar Mayer Deli Creations are great!  I have tried a few of these new sandwiches and all of them that I have tried so far are really good and my daughter and husband like them also.  Last night I tried the Ham and Cheddar that had a kind of horseradish sauce for it and it was so tasty!  I really like the beef one with the pepper jack cheese and it is probably my favorite so far, but don't get me wrong, I have really liked all of the ones I have tried, it is just that this one is my absolute favorite!  They are great for a quick lunch and they are very easy to make.  I was worried at first...

I was not sure at first if i should buy this product. First of all because of the price and because I could just make one at home. I had a friend who had tried one and said they were great. I bought the steakhouse one and I LOVED it. I bought the other varities for my family and they liked them also. Even my 14 year old who does not like anything. I would like to recommend that they have other kinds of condiments with the other sandwiches instead of mustard and or mayo. Oscar mayer deli Creations comes in many varieties.  I was lucky enough to get 2 sample coupons from Gather.  I tried ham and swiss with a dijion mustard and one with an Italian dressing.  I liked them microwaved and they took very little time to put together.  Both were wonderful, but I really enjoyed the Ilaian dressing flavor the best.  I did think they are a bit pricey, but for a lunch treat once in a while I would buy them again.

I recently started taking my lunch to work.  I have always hated packing my lunch.  But I tried these sandwiches, and they are pretty good.  They are a little over priced in some areas.  But when they are on sale, its worth the money.

I received a free coupon for this and I was impressed with the atste and how easy it was to prepare. I enjoyed it and since it was free it was worth trying. I will be purchsing these from now on but only in modration.
