I am so happy that Orphan realeased in 2009 came out! I see litterely almost every movie that comes out in theater, and since 2008 I don't think I've seen a single movie that has made me say "I have to buy this movie once it comes out!" The movie has such a unique story line, it was a mind trick to me, I did not expect anything like what happened! They picked perfect characters and did an amazing job and playing their parts. Isabelle Fuhrman was the perfect person to play this creepy little girl, with a wild twist to her. I can express how much I liked this movie. The only thing that really didn't...

This is a heart wrenching movie. The orphan is a movie that teaches you that a child might not be a child. You will get mad you will laugh and you will get scared so girls have your boyfriend close by. Never watch this movie alone. The orphan is a good movie all around and you will want to by the dvd I sure do. MOST OF ALL PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A CHILD TO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oprhan starts out with the rather innocent concept of a a typical family considering adoption. The young girl that they are drawn to in the orphanage turns out to be anything but innocent. The limits of her evil behavior will keep you on the edge of your seat, and make you think twice about the innocence of children in general. The surprise ending will give you goosebumps!

My favorite type of movies is horror, so I was really excited when the movie Orphan came out in theaters.  I got the thrill ride I was looking for and jumped a few times in my seat.  The story is about a couple Kate and John who suffer the loss of their infant and go through the turmoil of dealing with it.  Kate becomes and alcoholic and her husband is stuck raising their two kids, Danny the older boy and Mac, a deaf daughter.  To come to terms with the loss, they help each other and finally make the decision to share their love by adopting an older child.  After traveling to an orphanage...

I really liked this movie and thought it was scary. I thought it was going to be a horror movie in which ghosts and demons appear, but it isn't. It scary in a different way than movies nowadays. It isn't dumb and actually makes since. Its not appropriate for children. The only part I didn't like was towards the end it was very predictablethat Esther wasn't dead and was going to go after Kate and Max. But after that it had a pretty good ending.

The first time i watched the orphan it kept me guessing what will happen next.it was very suspensful.that little gurl is crazy. i felt sorry for the little boy after a while.he acted tough but then he got scared and peed on himself. The mother in the movie surrered alot, especially when the little gurl cut her flowers that she kept that had her dead daughters ashes in it. this movie is great!!!!
