The Orleans was a very comfortable stay for my family & myself. I liked the fact that it was not right on the strip, but it was still close enough that we didn't spend a lot of time on the shuttle bus. The room was kept clean, & the Housekeeping Staff we encountered were friendly. Rooms were adequate. We had four adults in our room. The shuttle service was very helpful for the most part. We did have one encounter that we were not pleased about. They have a designated dropoff/pickup place. They make there last run at 12:30am. We arrived at the pickup at 12:31am & had missed the shuttle back to the hotel, but another one was coming to drop off guests. We thought he would take us back to the hotel, but he refused to take us back to the hotel. He told us he was going home! So we had to take a cab, which only cost $10.00, so it wasn't to bad. But we felt, he should have taken the guests back to the Orleans. We were not the only people there. My advice is to be at the designated spot earlier than 12:30am for that last pick up. TGIFridays is in the hotel. There food was good, but the service was lacking. I'm writing to Friday's about this. There are a lot of choices of restaurants - which is good. Coupon book hotel gives you is a good one. Lots of coupons for the food. The pool area is very spacious and nice. We had no trouble finding chairs, towels, or service. I would definitely stay there again.

Dining: In Hotel, On Friday nights, they have a concert by the pool. It only lasts until 10:00pm, but if you go to bed early, don't get a room on the pool side. It is loud.
