First of all let me start by saying that out experience with Orkin (Carrollton Tx.) was horrible, we hired Orkin and they SUCK! They were suposed to spray as a prevention to make sure the verry few roaches would not multiply (that was what they told us) we now have other insects i never seen before in my property and the roach went from one or 2 on the kitchen to completely out of control , i had to trash some of my appliances because the amount of roaches in them was just unimaginable. we have 2 kids and this is unacceptable, somehow the "Orkin" people went from "satisfaction guarantee" to "the...

I thought Orkin provided very professional and complete service. The tech was very polite, friendly and knowledgable. We had a sudden ant infestation and called them. They were there the next day and within a few hours after treatment ant sightings were cut 95% and by the next day 99%.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and cross my fingers and hope the bugs go away, but even if I never see another bug from today I'm never using Orkin again! I had to be out of my house from 8-5pm, now thats a decent amount of time which would not have been a problem except, on their little 'do this' sheet they say '10. We will lcok all doors when leaving, so make sure you have your keys' (direct quote from the sheet). I have had Orkin now for a few years and at first they started out to be pretty good.  Now they can't get rid of pests for anything!!!  I had them come back several times to treat for ants and just had them give me more ant bait stations when my quarterly service was due about 2 weeks ago.  Well I have "9" bait stations across my kitchen counter and I STILL have a trail of ants.  They don't go for the gel in those bait things at all!  I'm so sick of ants and I'm ready to find a new company.  Orkin's customer service system has changed over the last couple years too and they're terrible.  Half...

I filled out their online form to set up an appointment for a termite inspection. Once I did that, I was shown that "An Orkin representative will contact you shortly". I never got a call so I called Orkin to find out why. I received a canned apology and was told my request would be forwarded to a local office and I'd be contacted by someone from that office. I never received a call and it is now 2 weeks later. When I am trying to get a contractor or anyone to do work for me, they are automatically fired in the initial stages if they can't return calls or do something when promised. This is indicative...
