Orkin Review

I filled out their online form to set up an appointment for a termite inspection. Once I did that, I was shown that "An Orkin representative will contact you shortly". I never got a call so I called Orkin to find out why. I received a canned apology and was told my request would be forwarded to a local office and I'd be contacted by someone from that office. I never received a call and it is now 2 weeks later. When I am trying to get a contractor or anyone to do work for me, they are automatically fired in the initial stages if they can't return calls or do something when promised. This is indicative of the quality of work I'd receive (or lack of quality) if I hired them. Orkin cannot even make an appointment for me so I guess they do not need new business and must be doing well enough to blow off new customers.
