In my latest endeavor to try a new facial cleansing line, the Origins Purifying Tonic is one of the products along with the Origins A Perfect World cleanser and moisturizer. I'm a big user of organic products because I think they're better for my body and the environment so I was excited to try the new Purifying Tonic. It contains 95% organic ingredients. I use the Purifying Tonic after cleaning my face with A Perfect World cleanser and before my moisturizer. I usually use the tonic every morning to strip away any oils or residue from sleeping and to get that oh-so-fresh feeling in the morning. The Purifying Tonic does exactly that - it makes my skin feel so fresh and clean and smells great too! The Purifying Tonic is very easy to use. You just use a cotton ball and apply it all over your face. You don't need a lot of it since it's fairly concentrated and you can tell how well your face was cleaned after sweeping away the leftover dirt that the cleansers did not pick up. The main ingredients in the Purifying Tonic are Organic Willow Bark (a natural salicylic acid), Organic Vinegar to get rid of dead skin cells, and Organic Lavendar Alcohol as a natural preservative (instead of chemical preservatives found in many facial products). I think the lavendar is what also gives this tonic its great scent.
