Shampoos range from the ordinary to the unusual and there are more options in hair cleaning today than at any point in recent memory. One company known for its assortment of interesting shampoo products is Organix and one of its many hair care products is Organix Smoothing Shea Butter Shampoo, a moisturizing...

Most HelpfulMy wavy hair is entirely too long (shoulder-length) and very prone to frizz. I purchased Organix Shea Butter Smoothing Shampoo (and the partner conditioner) in an attempt to calm it down and allow me to do something other than scraping it back into a ponytail each morning.
According to the bottle, this...
review »Over the years I have tried many different natural shampoos and have never been entirely satisfied with the way they left my hair feeling. After trying Organix Smoothing Shea Butter Shampoo I am hooked. It is a weightless creamy blend of shea butter and ultra whipped yogurt proteins with avocado oils. After using the shampoo just twice my hair went from being dry and brittle and frizzy to soft and smooth and quite manageable. I live in a high desert location, so dryness is a big factor. The shine and bounce is back in my hair. I love the feel of this shampoo. It is very luxurious, but almost weightless...

review »Let me just start off by saying I am probably the pickiest shampoo person in the world. I have gone through what seems like hundreds of shampoos over the past few years, trying in vain to find one that I loved. I even spent extra money and tried a few from my hair dresser. None seemed to work for me... Well, I used to work at CVS Pharmacy, and while stocking the shelves one day I came across "Organix Smoothing Shea Butter" shampoo. It was on sale that week buy one get one half off, so I decided to pick up the shampoo and conditioner and give them a try. I decided after the first time I used them...
review »I am making this comment on behalf of my wife. My wife had a baby and the first nine months post-partum and since then has struggled with a dry itchy scalp. It was so bad we thought she had lice. Even one hairdresser told her she needed to go to a dermatologist and that she had something close to eczema. She tried every expensive brand like Fredric Fekkai from Sephora, as well as other brands without all of the chemicals on her hair. Either they made her head and scalp more itchy, or created more buildup. Also, many either did not clean her hair, or dried out her hair. She had this...
review »Love the fact that the product is organic, but I had the coconut scented one - smells great in the bottle, but once my hair dried, was not too fond of it. But maybe it was the ither products I mixed it with while i was styling my hair today, maybe the next time i use it i will stay au naturale. I will admit not all my hair products are organinc and I am slowly moving in that direction but for now, I am please with the shampoo and contitioner, it left my hair smooth and silky. Definatley will recommend this to all my friends. Maybe will get o few to start going organic also.
