I have seen some improvement on my hair while using the coconut milk split end mender, but some days it works better than others. I find that when I don't use conditioner it works best. Also make sure not to put too much product on your hair and only apply to the length of the hair and not to the roots. Effectiveness My hair looks better after applying this product and my hair does not feel heavy. I have oily hair so this is important for me. I do not use it every time after shampooing because i like to give my hair a rest from products. While makes your hair look split end free, i'm not sure if it repairs them in the long run. The best cure for split ends, i think sadly, is to cut them off. I still have split ends but the days when I use this product, my hair feels and looks somewhat better, so I would recommend giving it a shot. When i first tried this product i did not like the way it left my hair, but as i continued to try it, i got used to the texture it created on my hair. Scent This scent is not bad, but one could get tired of it. It smells like coconut, so if you like the smell, then great. But organix has other great smelling products and I would have wished this one smelled great.

I have to start off by saying I am so glad that I didn't listen to the negative reviews that I've read about the Organix line. I've heard that the products weren't moisturizing enough and the shampoos are too stripping. Well, I haven't tried any of the shampoos (yet), but what I've seen from the products that I have tried from this line definitely makes me want to. I caved and bought the Organix Coconut Milk Split Ends Mender because I've always loved the smell and it was on sale at the store that I work at. I ended up getting it for about three bucks. Not bad. So even if I didn't like it, it wouldn't be a complete waste. I tried it after shampooing and deep conditioning and dealing with a detangler that left my type 4, transitioning-to-natural hair feeling like straw. I grabbed this, started applying and within a few minutes my hair was soft ! I absolutely love it. It has a light, creamy consistency that is enough for the deep moisture that my hair needs. I am definitely a fan. Effectiveness I am African American, and my hair is all natural (no chemical straighteners). This makes my hair incredibly soft! Scent I love the coconut scent. It's light and nice.

I recently started using the Organix Coconut Milk line of hair care products and am amazed at the difference in my hair! During winter my hair is excessively prone to drying out and breakage (I know I'm not the only one!) I've begun to replace all of my beauty products with natural ones. The first shampoo and conditioner I tried was made by a different brand and completely killed my hair! My ends started splitting and my soft hair became course. I was nearly done trying to use natural shampoos and conditioners because I take my hair care very seriously. I was visiting my long distance boyfriend and ran out of conditioner. His sister told me I could borrow hers while I was there. She was using Organix and I was amazed at the difference in my hair in just one day! I began using the Coconut Milk line of Organix and love it! My hair is back to its healthy self. I would recommend the whole line of Coconut Milk Organix: shampoo, conditioner, hair repair serum and the split end mender.
