I've been taking the Oreganol capsules off and on for a couple of years now. The affect on my lungs is amazing. Due to my allergies, and now colds this winter, I am always on guard against bronchitis. Oreganol keeps my lungs "opened up" and lets me breathe easier. Since it does make me burp for awhile I take a capsule just before bed. I wouldn't trade it for the world!
