Oreganol Wild Mediterranean Oregano Oil —

I read an article on the benefits of taking Wild Mediterranean Oregano Oil a few years ago. I only seemed to get sick during cold and flu season, but even that was too much for me, so I decided to give it a try. The first thing that got me was sticker shock. For a tiny little bottle containing less than an ounce, it cost almost $30. I must have been crazy that day because I bought it anyway. I didn't really notice that I didn't get sick that first year, but the second year when half the people I worked with were calling off and going to the doctor for the flu and the other half were constantly coughing and sniffling, I noticed that I wasn't. I was healthy. I haven't had so much as a sniffle for 3 years now.

It tastes terrible, but what I do is fill a shot glass half full of water and place 4-5 drops of oil in the water then down it. I try to remember to take a dose every morning, but when I get around sick people I definitely remember to take it twice a day.

Buy it in any Health food store or online today. You'll be glad you did when the next flu season comes along.

I have been taking Oreganol P73 (by North American Herb & Spice only) for three years now. Asthsma free for three years btw. Because I do take this, I was concerned when, I too; started having such issues. I found that when you do not have enough acid in your stomach, your throat makes up for it; causing the heartburn sensation. I had been craving red onions like crazy, ate a ton of raw red onions with dinner one night and it went away within 45 minutes. Come to find out later on, that it was indeed the acid imbalance. Grease can cause this imbalance as well. Also, when I question the food that I eat; I take a 4 extra drops (since the capsules contain 5 drops already). You can take Grapefruit Seed Extract (10 drops) in the morning with juice to combat Giardia as well..quite palatable (then a capsule of Oreganol P73 at night with water). Just remember, it is not Grape "Seed" and if you happen to be taking antibiotics at any time; you will have to stop taking the GFE or it will neutralize the effect of the antibiotic (because, essentially it is a natural antibiotic). If you feel that you want to cleanse your system, you can drink warm lemon water first thing in the morning for at least a week.

what I did Myra was buy those vegetable capsules and fill them with six drops each. One thing though at first I did a whole bunch and put them in a bottle but then they leaked! (I made sure the capsules were closed properly too - could've been the brand I don't know) so now, what I do is I make up just a couple at a time and take them immediately.

Nice Review. I just ordered some extra strength about 2 days ago. I ate a burger at Burger King back in July 2008, and a few days later woke up with Rotten Egg / Sulfur burps. The rest of the day I was in the bathroom with the worst diarrhea of my life. It was basically like I was peeing from my bum.. Sorry to be so graphic.

But it doesn't end there. The reason I'm trying this is because since then, (about every 14 days or so) I will wake up with rotten egg burps, and my stomach gets really upset when I eat meats, or other certain types of foods, and drink anything dairy (especially milk).

I've narrowed this down to being a parasite from the burger I ate. Most likely the parasite known as Giardia. Could have been some form of food poisoning too like Salmonella, or E Coli too. But I want these symptoms to go away. Especially the Rotten Egg burps. I really hope that this Oreganol Super Strength does the trick. If you have any other recommendations for this please let me know. Here is my email :

I will let everyone know how well it works for me. God bless you and yours for New Years!
