Orbitz Review

 I needed to rent a minivan at  the Tampa  Fl Int. Airport. I WENT ONLINE to search for  a good  deal, and  i saw ORBITZ with  a competitive rate, the only thing  they offer unlimited  miles. i was going to Charlotte N.C. So we wanted  to make sure about  the unlimited miles and that we could take the vehicle out of the FLA. State ( some rental  companies restrict the rental of a vehicle ,<specialy the minivans> to the  state were the vehicle is to avoid high millage)  We call ORBITZ to make sure we  get what we  wanted. I spoke  with a guy named  Amed, and  we specifically tell him what we  wanted. He  told us  that we were at the right place  and we did the reservation.  We arrived to the  Payless rental place  20 min. before the time on the reserv.Everything was  fine until the  guy  told us  that we can  get the car but no to take it out of FLA. State. I  imediately call ORBITZ to straight the situation And  they insisted that was a missunderstanding, so I make the person from Payless to personally talk to them.  Finally i had to get out of there  with no minivan @ 12 midnight, and they didn't do any reasonable  effort to  fix the problem. Wasted my time, Money, Gas, And  get  very upset just because this  incompetent people are in business
