Feel that my experience with Orbitz was stressful and though I felt the price was fair the actual procedure was hard to follow and on their end there was an error made after the purchase of our tickets, when we made it to check in we had no tickets in our names and had to repurchase our cancelled tickets.  Luckily we had gotten to the airport in plenty enough time to solve this error before our flight was scheduled to depart.  We had purchased 5 tickets and 1 infant seat,
