Oral-B Triumph Electric Toothbrush — 

My mom gave me this after I got my braces off, it's perfect for my new obsession with oral hygiene.  This in one of those times that I just wished I had done something earlier.  While I had braces I actually cut down on meals because brushing was such a chore (plus side, I lost weight).  The oral-b toothbrush makes brushing much less of a hassle.
