Oral-B Stages Baby Tooth and Gum Cleanser
I began using Oral-B Stages when my son was almost one year-old because my dental hygienist recommended we try it. It had been a struggle to brush his teeth for very long and I wasn't aware there was a baby "toothpaste" on the market.
I chose the tube with the lion, turtle and caterpillar from Baby Einstein because when I allow him to watch Baby Einstein he loves the lion and caterpillar the most. He instantly recognized them the first time we tried the toothpaste and roared while pointing to the lion.
He didn't mind the taste of the toothpaste. In fact, he enjoyed it and wanted to put more on his toothbrush. I was able to brush his teeth longer than normal. He would stop and suck on the brush occasionally to taste the toothpaste but the brushing went on as long as he was able to hold the toothpaste tube.
I tasted the toothpaste and it tastes like the bubble gum flavored polish from the dentist.
I am pleased with this tooth cleanser because the amount he swallows is perfectly safe.
The cost is much more than a regular tube of toothpaste and it is a very small tube, however, you only use a tiny amount since the baby toothbrushes are quite a bit smaller. We are about halfway through the tube and have had it eight months.
