The best low cost one you can get, I lvoe it!!!

Pros

    Don't have to change battery for 3 month, Built in Battery, Cleans very well, comes in cool colors

Cons
    cost more than a normal toothbrush, You can't buy new heads for it

I have tried many many tooth brushes and am always on the look out for another, but I am not into spending a bunch of money, because well if I don't like it there isn't much I can do about it. But this one so far is my favorite... not only in cost but performance. The only bad thing is that you can't buy replacement heads, once it is done you have to buy a new one.
