It works way better than a standard toothbrush

never sick, into good oral hygiene
Pros

    Cleans very well, Built in Battery, comes in cool colors, very light weight, Don't have to change battery for 3 month

Cons
    You can't buy new heads for it

This toothbrush works very well.  I've had mine for two months now, and the battery is still going strong.  It does a great job cleaning my teeth.
