Oral-B CrossAction Power Toothbrush Review

I am so disappointed in this product.  I have tried several other battery operated toothbrushes and found their power to be significantly better.  I had to replace the battery on the first day, even though the packaging around the button area looked intact.  Now, it has been just over a week and I have to replace it again.  When I put any pressure whatsoever on the brush while brushig, it stops spinning.  I am most disappointed that I tried to send a feedback e-mail to the company and despite having an area that indicates you can e-mail them, it didn't let me do so.  I have used the cross action brush that is not battery operated and if I decide to go old school again I may get that one, but never again will I buy a battery operated oral-B.
