Oral-B CrossAction Power (toothbrush) is the BOMB!

But this one gets into every nook and cranny in my mouth. I floss most of the time but I feel good knowing that if I can't floss all the time my Oral-B CrossAction gets the job done. I brush three minutes, twice a day, going up, down, all around the insides of my mouth. Making sure that I brush my tongue and the roof of my mouth.
Never press too hard on your brush, because it can cause tissue damage and your mouth will be sore. Always use a rinse afterwards, store bought or make your own. I use both, I make one to use alternately out of Peroxide. I use Apothecary brand from Walgreens Drugs because it is a really good brand. On the back of their bottle they tell you how to mix it for rinsing and an oral debridement agent for removal of dead tissue from your mouth.
