The Oral B Cross Action Power Battery Toothbrush has been a great addition to my morning and bedtime routine. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, so I cannot attest to its durability or longevity (no idea how long it will take for the battery to die or when I'll have to get a replacement head), but so far, I've been really impressed with the job it has done cleaning my teeth. I have very closely spaced teeth and my back teeth are nearly impossible to brush with a manual toothbrush because they're so far back in my mouth, but having the power toothbrush makes it easier to get it clean back there with the vibrating and spinning motion of the bristles. I feel like my teeth appear whiter and there's definitely that "just-got-back-from-the-dentist" feeling of slick teeth after brushing. The price on these toothbrushes is also very reasonable and from a trusted brand like Oral B, I believe it to be a well-made product. I would add that the vibrating feeling is a bit strange to get used to at first. And my husband is still not convinced he likes it, so it might not be for everybody, but I've enjoyed my introduction to this toothbrush.

Everyone in my family has this toothbrush. It was affordable enough for all of us and we all have cleaner, healthier mouths because of it. It scrubs our teeth with lots of power. Our kids are even able to use it without it being too big for their mouths.

My husband has been plagued by cavities for years, and I dreaded his twice yearly checkups and cleanings because I knew that we would be shelling out money for cavities every single time.  His teeth have slight gaps between them, which are just enough for food to get stuck, but regular brushing and flossing never really cleaned between the teeth well enough.  I wanted him to try an electric toothbrush, and found an Oral B CrossAction toothbrush on a great clearance buy.  That was over a year ago, and he has been cavity-free ever since!  This toothbrush does a great job, and replacement heads and batteries are inexpensive and easy to find.  The only thing that is a pain in the neck is that using the little tool to pop off the head when it needs to be replaced can be a bit tricky.  I would doubt that an elderly person or a child would be apply force in the way that is needed, but pushing the new head in is fairly easy.

i got this toothbrush off of amazon because it was highly recommended by a friend and was supposed to do wonders for my teeth, however i do not feel it is much different than any other battery powered toothbrush. sure it does the trick but i don't feel that my teeth are cleaner or more white than when i use any other toothbrush.  it simply feels like a typical toothbrushing experience. it is nice to have an automatic toothbrush that spins for me, i will give it that.  and in general, oral b products are well made and last a long time. that being said, i think they need to make the head of the toothbrush a little smaller to get in all the cracks and crevices of my mouth as well as make it a little more firm to give my teeth a good cleaning that feel clean until the next brush.  also the colors they offer are boring... i would like orange, purple, pink, etc... yet, all they offer is blue :(  boring!

The Oral-B Cross Action battery powered toothbrush leaves my mouth feeling clean.  It is almost as if I just left the dentists office.  I enjoy the ease with which I am able to do this chore.  Yeah, it is a chore--a necessary one.  Still who really enjoys spending the time standing at the bathroom sink brushing their teeth while thinking about what they need to be doing.  This toothbrush helps just a little bit in that I feel as if I have accomplished something.  The two different movements made by the two different parts of the brush seem to work in conjunction to get all of the nooks and crannies around my teeth clean.  The vibrating action is very subtly felt so it does not irritate either my mouth or my hand holding the brush.  It does come with the battery installed so there is no worry about digging through your junk drawer to find an available battery or going out and buying the battery.  It is a little more expensive than a manual brush but with sales and coupons it is still very affordable.

My dentist recommended I use an electric toothbrush for my oral health. I had never used one before, but had always used Oral-B regular toothbrushes. I looked and found that many electric toothbrushes were very expensive! With this battery toothbrush, I feel that my teeth are getting cleaner than ever before, and I don't have to pay lots of many for that! And, it is simple to use...no recharging, just change the battery when needed!

The toothbrush works well, is easy to grip, and gets to the back teeth. The batteries don't last long though. Helps to use a back and forth motion with a little up and down, especially around the gums. About every week or so I take tooth picks and clean the brush heads and find that helps a great deal to ensure you get the full brush effect and more gum action. I also have found that some toothpastes seem to work better on this brush. That is, the pastes tend to stick better to the brush rather than the gels. The pastes also tend to stay on the brush while brushing better than the gels. The gels foam a bit more with this battery operated brush, unlike others I have tried. When you can get brush heads for it in a package that has more than one, do it. I find that the brush may look okay but the brush heads need changing at least once every two months to really get all the grit, particles, and such from your teeth and gums.

I love Oral B Toothbrushes but am not crazy over this battery operated Crossaction one.  I just don't feel that it brushes my teeth like the manuel crossaction Oral B.  My teeth do not feel as clean with the battery operated Oral B.  The toothbrush itself always works and seems to be designed well. Also it is suppose to stop working around 3-4 months so you know to replace.  So now I am using the manuel crossaction and a battery operated crossaction Oral B alternately because I don't like to waste.  Once the battery operated one dies, I will go back to using the manuel Oral B Crossaction Toothbrush because I like it best.
