Orajel Plaque Revealing Pre-Brush Review

On the surface, this looks like a great idea. All you have to do is put it on a toothbrush and your child can have a guide for brushing. It sounds like shaving gel while shaving. When it comes to teeth, you can't go wrong with doing a great job.

But here's the reality: it's blue. It stains. It takes forever for your child to wash it out of his mouth. It did absolutely nothing for my son other than ruin a few PJs with a nice big stain. Since my son isn't really tall enough to even reach our mirror, it's even more worthless to our cause!

When it comes to making sure your child brushes his teeth, in the end there's going to be nothing better than just a toothbrush, toothpaste, timer and a parent. This pre-brush is still no excuse to leave a child alone to brush his teeth until he is old enough and proves that he has mastered it.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this product. Just use plain old toothpaste and you'll be able to achieve the same amount of cleanliness without the mess. If you don't believe me, go ahead and try to get that blue stain out of your child's favorite PJ set, robe or towel. Trust me - there's nothing quite like it.
