One for the Money Review

The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich are some of my absolute favorite books to read.  I have read the entire series plus the "between the numbers" books as well.  They are highly entertaining and funny.  I love the characters and how easily it is to relate to the main character, Stephanie. 

The books center around the life of Stephanie who is a bounty hunter.  Need I say more?  Her family is hilarious as is her love-life.  Everything works together well and each book fits nicely into the series but they can hold their own if you do not read them in order.

The pace of each novel is quick and lively.  Granted, these books are not going to be used in a college seminar any time soon, but at the end of a long day, I would rather relax with a fun book than something that required a lot of cerebral gymnastics.  I consider these books "brain candy."

I have recommended these books to a lot of my girlfriends and they have also enjoyed them as much as I have.
