One Source Prenatal Vitmins —
I have been taking One Source since 2006. I took these vitamins during both of my pregnancies. Both pregnancies resulted in two healthy beautiful baby girls. The vitamins are easy to swallow. I purchase my vitamins at WalMart and I do not feel they are expensive considering the amount in the bottle. A bottle usually lasts me 2 to 3 months depending on the quantity. They have more calcium and folic acid then some of the other brands and those two things are very important while you are pregnant. I had morning sickness with both pregnancies so I started taking the vitamin before I went to bed to avoid any additional sickness. I truly recommend this prenatal vitamin to anyone looking for a great vitamin!
