One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets —

I used to take folic acid, zinc, iron, calcium, etc. because I couldn't find a multivitamin I liked. Then I found One-a-Day, and it has everything plus extra nutrients for bone and breast health. It also has all the same ingredients as prenatal vitamins (or most of the prenatals I am familiar with), so I know that I'm covered if we get pregnant sooner than planned.

Some of the drawbacks are that the pill is a little difficult to swallow for some people and sometimes One-a-Day can be pricier than store labels.

The best part about this mulitvitamin is that I didn't have to take Midol during my period for the first time ever!  Because of the added Iron and other supplements, your menstrual cycle can be vastly improved.
