Here's the thing...  each time I read an article about this vitamin or that nutrient, I want to become my own little pharmacist.  I spend hours reading about dosage, side effects, combinations, timing, etc.  In the end, I waste time and money on regimens I'll never be able to carry out.  This vitamin -- this is what I can do.  One. A. Day.  It's really that simple.

You CAN do better. There was a landmark study done by Berkeley University School of Public Health that said you CAN do better. This study consisted of 3 categories of people: Those who hadn't taken any vitamins at all for 20 years; those who took OTC vitamins for 20 years (any combination); and those who took "OTHER" vitamins for 20 years (any combination). This was an independent study that "OTHER" had nothing to do with. The study proved the expected: Those who took OTC vitamins were far healthier than those who didn't take any vitamins at all. BUT, those who took "OTHER" vitamins were FAR HEALTHIER than those who took the OTC vitamins. AND, the "OTHER" vitamins have a money-back GUARANTEE that you will feel better. People who are 65 or older who took OTC, fill an average of 19 prescriptions per year. People who are 65 or older who took "OTHER" fill an average of 0.6 prescriptions per year. Now THAT is impressive!
