One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets Review

I purchased a bottle of One-A-Day Womens Vitamins because my Doctor advised I'd need all the extra calcium I can get up till thirty years old.  I believe he compared my body to a bank account, I need to deposite all I can now because my body will start making bigger withdrawels once I turn thirty.  So I bought the bottle, but I must admit I do not take them on a regular basis.  I have a hard time swallowing pills, and these are no ordinary pills.  These are very large pills -which I've now learned to swallow, but my reflexes still want me to spit this back out.  Over all these are very tasteless -neither a bad or good taste is left in your mouth after swallowing.
