One-A-Day Women's One Daily is the "one" for me

One-A-Day womens daily vitamin is pretty complete. It's all I need right now. I'm concerned about calcium folic acid and vitamin C mostly but this has it all and then some. The only think I don't understand is the lack of potassium but I'm sure there's a reason for it. These go down easy without leaving a bad taste in your mouth like some other vitamins do. In spite of the size they're still not too hard to swallow.

This is a great women's vitamin! It has tons of vitamins in it and a lot of other health benefiting ingredients (or whatever you want to call it). It makes me feel great if I take daily. The only cons are that it is HUGE!! It must be taken with a FULL glass of water because it sometimes feels like it gets stuck going down. Also it does make my stomach a little upset after taking it. I recommend it though!
