Good vitamin- relatively small for a vitamin. Not smelly- which I appreciate. It has everything I need in relaistic concentrations. No iron is in it, which is good for me because my doc warned me away from taking iron. So the only thing that I'd say is wrong with it is that it's a little on the pricey side. But I'm willing to pay it to get what I need in one pill, and to be able to trust the manufacturer. — All in all, I'd reccommend it to a friend if they were asking about vitamins. My husband had a massive heart attack last year and lived through it quite well.  During one of the visits to his heart doctor we mentioned that he was taking One A Day Vit. and was told not to due to one of the ingredients in the pill that was harmful for someone that has had a heart attack.  We stopped right away.  We did not see any warning on this product about this and had thought that we were doing the right thing by him taking this.  Please take care to check with your heart doctor before taking. —… read full review »

One-A-Day Men's Health is a great vitamin. It has all you need in one pill you take just once a day. There is no iron in it if you are worried about health risks that are a conscern in a diet high in iron. This may or may not be a pro or con for you.
