In 2013 I set a goal for myself: Take a multivitamin every day. When I purchased these vitamins, I took one every day. After about a month, it became 4 or 5 times a week. I just didn't feel they did that much for me. I told my wife about it and she suggested taking them right after I eat a more healthy meal and no more bacon or sausage and eggs. Now I eat my eggs and bacon on a slice of whole wheat bread and also drink a cup of orange juice with my coffee. Plus I take my One A Day. I started feeling better and more energized after I took the vitamin along with eating healthier. When I ran out of vitamins I decided to go a week without to see if it's simply a better breakfast that makes me feel better, but it's not. It is in large part the vitamins. So if you eat healthy, these vitamins can really help. They made a difference in my mood, the way I felt and also seem to give me some energy. The only downside to this was that these vitamins are a little more pricey than the competition, but in my mind the difference is worth it. I still take them today.

This is a very useful product for anyone who is too busy to carefully plan out a way to get all the vitamins and minerals the body needs. Taking one in the morning with food is a great way to make sure that you are meeting the needs of your body. Also, if you have problems absorbing nutrients from regular foods, this is a great way to circumvent this. I have this problem and used to get horrible headaches even when I would eat normal foods and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Painkillers would help to numb the pain but the throbbing was always there and the pain would return when the painkiller wore off. If you feel you're not getting enough vitamins based on what you've been eating and drinking, this is a viable over-the-counter supplement that could help you get the nutrients you need. I tend to stay indoors a lot and therefore am mostly Vitamin D insufficient. I also observed my diet and decided that I'm definitely not getting everything I need. Missing one element of fuel can impede the function of the other parts. Likewise, One A Day provides the supplements that your body may not be getting enough of to keep it running well. Make sure you follow the directions provided on the label. What makes this brand more viable than other commercial brands? That ultimately depends on what you feel you need. For the price (you can easily get this brand for 7.99 per 60 tablets) this is a pretty decent vitamin. Also you can almost always find coupons online for 1 a day. It has most vitamins you would need as a man such as vitamins for heart health, healthy blood pressure, immune health, and energy. It tastes like most vitamins, meaning not the greatest. But if you are on a restrictive diet or just need more vitamins this will be helpful. It contains vitamin A, C, D3, E, K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, Folic Acid, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, and Lycopene. It also contains 0% Iron which is great if you have to watch your iron intake. Product is from a well known brand with no recalls that I could find. So it should be considered a safe product to take. I would recommend it be taken as a precaution for most men as a just in case pill.

i think this product is a great low cost multivitamin for men. i have used it for years and find it is great for me. i like that it has all the things i need in it. i also like that it is not overly priced. it is also a product i can find in almost every store which makes it great ! i love this product

I started taking One a Day Men's vitamins last year after I had gotten sick 3 times within a couple months as a way to boost my immune system. I like that its only one a day and I keep them by my coffee brewer so that I don't forget. I didn't notice anything for a long time but after a while I started feeling like I had more energy and seemed to not get sick as often. I cannot be sure if its because of the vitamins of if One A Day has had anything to do with it or not. I think that I'm convinced enough that vitamins do help but I think that I'm going to try a generic multivitamin next time I need vitamins because the cost of One A Day is kind of high even though labels between generics read about the same. I also think I would rather take 2 smaller tablets a day rather than one bigger tablet. They come in a variety of different amounts. I bought the largest size which should last me couple years.
