After feeling very run down and sluggish everyday for a couple of weeks, I decided that I would try One A Day Geritol. I have heard so many great things about this vitamin for what seems like my whole life. After taking the vitamin for two weeks, I have to say that it is everything that I was told it would be. I haven't experienced any headaches or nausea with this vitamin. One A Day Geritol has been great at boosting my energy levels, I have really noticed a difference in my skin as well as my hair and nails. I take the vitamin when I wake in the morning. The vitamin isn't hard to swallow and doesn't leave the aftertaste as with some other vitamins that I have taken in the past. I have more energy than ever before and don't get tired throughout my day. I feel so much better since starting One A Day Geritol. I would definitely recommend One A Day Geritol to anyone. This is the best vitamin that I have ever taken.

I just love geritol and it works great. I am always tired, cold and feel run down. But, from the first time I took Geritol I had so much more energy. I do have to warn you though Geritol tastes so absolutely disgusting you cant even imagine. It tastes like the bottom a shoe after running through a cow patch. And I don't even think it would taste that good. My best advise is to just never smell it. Because it smells just like it tastes. The one time I did it like that it went down a lot easier. What I usually do is hold my nose from the moment I opened the bottle and had to eat something while still holding my nose to get the taste out before I take my hand off my nose. And even that didn't do the trick. If it didn't work so well I would never go near the stuff. I think it can eat paint. But I absolutely swear by this stuff and would never stop taking it. It works alot better then the pill version.

I have heard many great things about Geritol, no fillers etc ... and yes, it is for men and women so that is great too! THere are so many vitamins out there nowadays geared towards men only and geared towards women only that sometimes, the truth is... how do you really know what is best for you or not anyhow? And is it really best for men and for women? All of our bodies are so different we cannot really say what is good for one is good for another. However, having said that ... I have tried many vitamins and have found that they have caused me to gain weight. I do not know what it is about them ... or as friends have said that it is because of fillers, Geritol has no fillers at all whatsoever and having taken them while pregnant and post pregnancy, they have worked out great for me. My hair grows fast, my nails grow faster and are strong compared to my normal brittle nails, and I feel so much better! I have not gained any weight from what I have experienced and that makes it THAT much better! Love it! For anyone!

Geritol with iron gives vitality without having that nervous feeling.  I really can not say enough about this brand.  It has been in my family for years. I have used other vitamins just to be independent or just to think independently without good results.  I have concluded for myself, that without a doubt, this brand works!
