Okay so I bought the Omron Body Fat Monitor and Scale Model HBF 400 and was expecting great things!  Well I got both bad and good This scale can measure your weight, boy fat, muscle, body mass index (BMI) and resting metabolic rate.... so here goes The Good: - VERY easy to use - Very VERY VERY accurate body weight   Okay: - Body mass index... well I never believed in that measurement but I guess it's nice that they included it... not that it matters since it is a simple math calculation   The Bad: - Body far... very very very inaccurate.  I seriously - in the morning has XX measure - then 2 hours later (and no I did NOT eat extra to throw of reading)  - it gives me another measure that is more than 10% difference... I mean seriously????? -Body Muscle - Okay I do know this is relative to person... but there is no way someone like me who doesn't work out, only sits on her butt and eats and eats have more body muscle than my bro who works out twice in the gym daily -Cost   So all in all - got the money go for it 'cause you do get a perfect weight measurement
