The hotel is built to impress. The cavernous, marble-floored lobby is a showplace entrance, and it makes a powerful statement. It is an impressive place for any kind of upscale social or business function, and its easy to see why so many Dallas-area brides want their wedding receptions held at the Omni. There are so many meeting spaces and ballrooms in this hotel, spanning three floors, that few functions are too big for the Omni to handle.

We booked a stay at their sister location in Dallas originally but due to overbooking were sent here. At first we were upset, but after arriving we were very impressed and actually happy we got moved. The lobby is done in a kind of asiany decor. There was a man playing piano and the place was just glowing. Due to some computer issues we even got a free drink at the bar and upgraded to a Suite. It was huge and so beautiful. HUGE plush bed. Bathroom was marble with a regular toilet and a baday. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the water-which supposedly has a black swan swimming about. We got room... review »
