We have two large male cats so that means a lot of time cleaning the litter. We saw reviews and a video for the Omega Paw and has to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! It's so much easier to clean the litter box that we do it much more often. Simply roll the box over and pull out the tray to throw out the clumps. It's a good alternative to expensive self-cleaning boxes. The only thing I wish were different is its size. We got the largest sized box but it still seems like there isn't much room for our big boys. The sifting area takes up a lot of the inside of the box. Still, I would rather have two Omega Paws than ever go back to traditional litter boxes!

I first bought this box when my cat was only a few weeks old after trying th eexpensive self cleaning ones.  She took to it immediatly.  I found that is was so easy to use, and ended us saving me a lot of litter.  I even use the World's Best cat litter with it and it still works great.  Now that I have more cats I gave it away to a friend that only has one.  I found that it is to small for multiple cats (they all would choose the same box to use!) but my friend adores it.  The price and quality are great, I have had it for about two years and it still works great.  Best of all it doesn't need batteries.

This is a litter box that eliminates mopst of the time spent cleaning dirty litter boxes. A simple roll to the right, tap the bottom a couple times, roll back to the left, remove the tray and dump it, and voila! you're done! No touching of feces or urine clumps, it's much more sanitary than the standard scooping with a hand-held scoop. And the cover keeps the cats from kicking the litter out onto the floor around the box. I actually gave one of these as a gift to a friend who got a kitten for the first time - it can't be beat!

This is such a great litter box! We started out with the traditional closed box and scoop for 3 cats. I was recommended this by a family member. We decided on the big one for more room. It is so much better than scooping! All you have to do is pull it out, roll all the way to the right on the roof, tilt it back a little left, pull out the tray and dump it into a bag! So much easier and cleaner than scooping!! My cats weigh 15lb or less and have plenty of room to do their business. If you can find it, it is worth getting more than one!

I SAW THIS ON THE PETSMART WEB SITE AND DECIDED TO BUY IT SINCE THE IDEA IS SO SMART.I BOUGHT IT AND THE CAT TOOK TO IT IMMEDIATELY.THE SIFTER WORKS VERY WELL AND IF YOU DON'T OVERFILL IT; IT WORKS GREAT.MY MOTHER LIKED THE IDEA SO MUCH THAT I BOUGHT ONE FOR HER AND SHE LOVES NOT HAVING TO STAND THEIR AND SIFT THROUGH IT. JUST ROLL OVER, ROLL BACK, PULL OUT THE DRAWER AND DUMP.ONCE EVERY FEW WEEKS I STILL CHANGE THE LITTER BOX AND CLEAN THOROUGHLY.AND... Omega Paw Rollaway Cat Litter Box is a great addition to my home. I have several wonderful cats and I have had just three litter boxes for years. I decided it would be helpful to add another litter box to my home, and I ordered the Omega Paw Rollaway Litter Box. The litter box arrived at my home in a giant box. I quickly and easily put the litter box together and added the litter. I was impressed with the ease of putting it together and the fact that it dosn't require a large amount of litter. Second, I was impressed with the nice colors the box comes in. Mine is lime green and gray. Third, I noticed that the box is made of high quality, sturdy plastic. Later that night when it was time to scoop all four boxes, I came to my Omega Paw box. Instead of having to open and scoop like my other boxes, you simply tip/slide/roll the Omega Paw box onto its side, and dirty clumped litter and waste collects in the enclosed scoop. You then simply empty the scoop and replace, and you're done! Very easy! I am very happy with my Omega Paw Rollaway Litter Box and highly recommend this to anyone with a cat.

We had tried several cat litter boxes before trying this one. The idea seems good enough: an enclosed box that holds litter in the main tray and a smaller side tray to catch the clumped waste when the box is rolled. Our cat weighs in at 11lbs and we purchased the box in the appropriate size range as suggested by the manufacturer. However, it seemed way too small for her. She would do several circles before trying to find an appropriate spot, and she would mostly end up in a corner. When the liquid waste is deployed in a corner, it will often stick to the plastic of the litter box and any number of rolls of the Omega box will not release the waste. The waste removal process seems easy enough, simply roll the box toward the side with the waste drawer (it must be completely inverted) and then roll back. All clumps should now be in the tray, and the loose unused litter allowed to filter through the grate and back into the main compartment. It works pretty well, but sometimes waste sticks to the grate and the box holds a lot of odor.

When I saw these Omega Paw litter boxes in the store, I thought they sounded like a really good idea, but I never bought one.  I kept going for the tried and true litter pan with the tall hood for privacy and aesthetics.  However I inherited one of these boxes when I adopted an older cat who came with all her own food, litter box, and stair steps because she is a really short cat.  I have been thrilled with the steps.  The new cat went crazy over the cat food I was feeding my guy and never looked back at her old food.  The litter box?  I'll just say that I think it is a great idea, but it doesn't work with all litter types, and the one I use is one that doesn't work well with it, so I have to lift the lid and scoop it out just like the other litter boxes I use for my 4 cats, and it is more of a challenge to scoop litter from it because it wasn't designed for scooping.  It was designed for rolling.  So if you use a typical clay litter, then you may be happy with the box, but be sure you have lots of room to maneuver so you can roll the box without running into anything.

I bought one of these about 5 years ago.  I was using a traditional scoop litter box and it was a complete mess!  This litter box is very low maintenance and neat.  Rarely do I have litter on the floor.  I flip it once a day and am done!  I find the litter lasts longer too and there is never an odor.  I just bought a replacement because the other was just getting kind o old and tattered.
